Torch Ventures is a boutique strategy consulting and private investment management company with a twist. We only work with clients that have products/services we believe in, and we reduce our consulting fees in exchange for equity in the client’s company. Our typical clients are startups or small, growing companies.

The Torch Ventures Angel Fund makes non-controlling seed and series A investments in high-potential, early stage companies with significant traction and support from top incubators/accelerators (i.e. 500 Startups, Y Combinator, etc.). The fund invests alongside other angel and VC investors through reputable equity crowdfunding platforms in order to keep administrative costs low while enabling a relatively large number of investments.
