We opened our doors in July 2008 in the heart of the “recession.” Our mission is plain and simple: Our community is suffering from “dis-ease” and our community needs access to good quality, heaIthy food. We started off catering and as our customers fell in love with our popular Wild Rice Taco, there became an overwhelming demand for us to get a location that our customers could visit on a regular basis. The consensus was that we should open our doors in West Los Angeles, perhaps one of the Beach Cities ,but we fell in love with our home on Market Street and stayed true to the fact that we are best served in this community. We have customers that visit us from every part of Los Angeles and from around the world and we thank all of you for valuing our food and our mission. We love you all and will continue to strive to bring you the best quality ingredients possible.
We are approximately 95% Organic and we strive to serve organic products whenever possible. Our menu is designed as a “transitional menu” for those seeking to transition from an animal-based diet to a plant-based diet. We are always evolving and learning news ways to make our food accessible to those making the change.We are open to suggestions and value your opinions.
