Mrs. Dorsey’s Kitchen

Mrs. Dorsey’s Kitchen is inspired by the many visits to my grandmother’s house as a young boy. I remember walking into a house filled with delicious aromas of dishes she had prepared fresh from her garden or an old recipe she used from her mother.

My dream is to apply all of these feelings and memories from home into every dish I create.

Mrs. Dorsey’s Kitchen specializes in, but is not limited to, homemade grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup.

We will have the option of the classic grilled cheese, but will include our own blend of garlic seasonings. While maintaining the integrity of the grilled cheese sandwich, we will be stimulating one’s taste buds and fond memories of home…if only for a moment.
