MangoSeed Restaurant is the showcase for the inventive cuisine from Chef-Owner Paul Burrowes and outstanding service skills from owner, Jermaine Burrowes. MangoSeed Restaurant was founded in 2009 by the Burrowes Brothers. Their focus was to simply provide an exciting dining experience in the midst of Brooklyn. Since then, MangoSeed Restaurant has become Brooklyn’s new favorite restaurant to enjoy delectable Caribbean-fused dishes & cocktails. With the Burrowes Brothers innate food enthusiasm & hospitality, along with their passion & creativity, just being themselves has led them to provide the best of this genre.
