Kombit Bar & Restaurant

Relaxed and cultural atmosphere, Kombit is named after the traditional farming ritual where workers unite in a collaborative—a collective effort—for the good of the community. Established in 2004 Kombit owners, three siblings were dedicated to the realization of inspiring the community with the appreciation of the rich culture of Haiti.

While dining you are surrounded by Haitian art and listen to fine Haitian musical rhythms and creations uplifting in its exuberance. On Friday evenings, you will enjoy a live Haitian band  playing various musical rhythms—exemplifying their belief in sharing the rich culture of the world. Kombit was designed under the Felix sisters’ creative direction and brought to life by their innovative entrepreneurial spirits.

Kombit offers a menu of authentic Haitian Cuisine, deliciously prepared with organic spices. Each dish is freshly prepared. Kombit does something nice with Yautia (Taro Root), serving them as an appetizer called ” Akra “. You get a generous portion of food at Kombit, especially if you like rice and beans, the standard side dish.
